Print My Party ("we", "us") is an Australian small business selling custom 3D printed cake toppers. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. An order is confirmed once:
We will contact you by email to confirm your order and provide payment details. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
Prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.
The final price is calculated based on filament volume, number of colours, quality setting, and design complexity. The quoted price is indicative — we will confirm the final price before processing payment.
We currently accept:
Orders will not enter production until payment is received.
Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. This is an estimate — complex designs or high demand periods may take longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
Orders are available for pickup from Brisbane. We will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time once your order is complete.
We do not currently offer postal or courier delivery. If you require delivery, please contact us to discuss options before ordering.
When you upload or submit a custom design (SVG, STL, or text), you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it for this purpose.
We retain the right to use images of completed toppers for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website). If you prefer your order not be photographed, please let us know when ordering.
As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:
If you believe your order has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of pickup with a description and photo of the issue. We will assess each case and offer a reprint or refund where appropriate.
Minor variations in colour (due to filament batch differences or screen calibration) do not constitute a defect.
Our toppers are decorative items. While PLA filament is generally considered food-safe, 3D printed items can have micro-gaps that may harbour bacteria. We recommend:
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
