Most toppers are ready within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask!
How do I receive my order? ▼
All orders are available for pickup from our location in Brisbane. We offer cash on pickup or bank transfer before collection. Once your topper is ready we'll be in touch to arrange a time.
What filament do you use? ▼
All toppers are printed in PLA unless specified. We stock 22+ colours including matte, silk, and special-effect filaments like Crushed Rainbow and Rainbow Candy.
Can I request a completely custom design? ▼
Absolutely! Use the Custom Print option to upload your own STL file, or contact us with your idea and we can help bring it to life.
Are the toppers food safe? ▼
Our toppers are designed as decorative items. We recommend using a food-safe barrier (such as cellophane wrap or a topper spike) between the topper and any cake surface.
What size are the toppers? ▼
Toppers start around 120mm wide, but the actual size varies with the amount of text, number of lines and the overall design — so each one ends up a little unique. Themed toppers vary in shape and proportion depending on the design. If you have a specific size in mind, just get in touch before ordering.
